The benchmark for a successful AR? If the 90 day and older claims percentage is greater than 10-15%, you’re losing money. Money that is probably never recouped without INTERVENTION. Which is where we come in.

 MISSION

In this new age of healthcare reimbursement, we recognize that ineffective collection systems can compromise your bottom line. Our mission is to help you prosper despite unexpected challenges by revolutionizing your collections strategy. It's no longer enough to simply send a claim and expect payment. Today, proactive and strategic collection activities are essential to driving revenue increases and stabilizing cash flow. We are committed to transforming your approach to collections, ensuring financial stability and success in an ever-evolving healthcare landscape.

VISION

The Problem

Unproductive and duplicative collection efforts can cost healthcare providers more in labor than the amount received for services. Without proactive collection efforts, providers lose revenue that is never recovered. Even when billing is sent in a timely manner and coded correctly, there is no guarantee of receiving payment within ninety days, the current standard for payment.

High write-offs, fluctuating monthly cash flow, and more than 10% of claims older than 90 days are clear indicators of serious collection problems. Intervention is key.

The Solution

Our vision is to revolutionize healthcare revenue management by resolving old receivables, stabilizing medical claim revenue, and implementing effective collection changes. Through comprehensive staff training and the generation of user-friendly reports, we aim to:

  • Increase Monthly Revenue: Achieve and maintain a consistently higher level of monthly revenue.

  • Eliminate Untimely Filing Write-Offs: Address and minimize write-offs due to ineffective collection efforts.

  • Accelerate Claims Payment: Ensure faster payment of claims.

  • Provide Immediate Answers: Offer instant clarity on the status of unpaid claims.

  • Enhance Financial Transparency: Develop clear, user-friendly reports that provide insight into financial standings and underlying factors.

  • Educate and Empower: Equip physicians, healthcare providers, managers, and billing companies with the knowledge and tools to boost collections revenue through more effective activities.

By realizing this vision, we strive to create a more efficient, transparent, and financially stable healthcare system.

Connect

"I want to introduce myself.

I’ve run a billing enterprise; I’ve been a consultant for decades and I love fighting insurance companies for payment!

I am hired to have a look at the accounts receivables and other numbers, which I will need help from the billing companies and/or staff. To date, I have never been called to recommend changes in billing companies or staff. That’s not my call. Think of me as an accounts receivable coach. Let’s see what’s happening, where everyone is excelling and where there could be some strengthening of weaker links.

Any questions for me? "
